Two year unresolved claim and poor customer services

I logged a claim in June 2022 and my matter is still unresolved, had dealt with more than three of your staff and had to start my story from scratch. I sent a a lot of emails begging for a status update, I am still waiting. An attorney was appointed for me and everything seemed positive last time I called him (May 2024) he told me not call him directly and speak to your staff for an update regarding my case. From May 2024 until now I have not been given any progress update, or probably it is because no one is working on my case. My emails are being ignored. This is my first claim since I joined more than 10 years ago
