Taking my money every month with pathetic assistance

I have logged a claim in January 2024. 8 months later and I am getting the run around. No response I have to always do the follow up. Lawyer assistance has been changing everytime with every call. Everytime someone new comes it's a new form or new information that is being requested with threats and deadlines. I feel like a parrot having to repeat myself over and over. This is pathetic but every month they take money with a smile but now that I have a problem assistance is a nightmare.
