Subscription fee refund

I was a member for legal and tax never skipped my premiums and I had a labour case that I needed a representative and I mailed them on the 02/11/2023 and they requested documentation so they can prepare and allocate a legal representative after submission no one contacted me and on the 03/11/2023 I dis sent another mail requesting a urgent intervention as the matter was going to sit down no one contacted me and on the 07/11/2023 I then decided to cancel my membership with them as they failed to provide a service in these case I demanded my subscription money as they did not give me any service I was paying for last week I send them a mail asking them that to date no one contacted me I feel that the institution is a **** they must refund all my subscriptions.
