signed me up for a policy that i did not agree to

i had a call from legal and tax where a gentle man explained the products available from the company on monday 01.02.2016, i responded no thank you. on the 02.02.2016 i got another call from another person and i was unable to speak thereafter i get an sms saying \thank you for joining our family. i called the number from the sms and spoke to lizzie mongwesi who then got Sedric Naicker who assure me there is no policy taken up and he would remove my number from their database. on the 03.02.2016 at 3.52pm i get another call from them asking me if i have leads for them and i rep**** NO... at 04.00pm i get an sms reading \"NB message from Legal and tax: unfortunately your last debit went unpai. To avoid a break in your valuble cover call ***ASAP to arrange payment.Legal and tax now offers you the convenience to catch up your missed payment via crdit or debit card, sms 'pay' to 31690 and we will call you back.\"<br> i have not given this company my banking details nor have i agreed to anything telephonically or by writing.
