Remind me why i pay for this legal insurance?

Ive never claimed successful on this policy including for my tax returns which they did a horrible job submitting figures not corresponding with my irp5. Now i have a labour issue and I'm told they can't represent me in the hearing even if i get a letter from my employer welcoming external representatives. The service i get from the consultant makes one feel that i will not get any help from legal and tax in this matter. I always have to call after sending emails. And im told by agent that they cant call me back asap when they get my emails cause they have more then four hundred emails. So basically don't make your matter more important. Your services is horrible. I cant even cancel you cause i have an issue at work now. I wish I cancelled you when you did ******* on my wife and i taxes. When i took the cover they told me they cover labour issues today call centre agent made it clear that no one will represent me cause employees don't allow them in hearings. But he will forward the matter to his manager. Why does he still want to play with my hopes? Am at a verge of lossing my job i dont need more stress. I havent even receive legal advice on this call. But ive spent money paying.
