PUBLIC WARNING!!!

<p>I have been a member of legal and tax services for over 15 years! The police came to my house to arrest me for suspected *****. I exchanged a wallet for another item, instead of following the correct lenghty return procedure. I phoned LTS for advice on what to do, and they told me that I am guilty so they can not assist me. I was NOT guilty!! The case was withdrawn!! Now when I try to claim back the money I paid for the lawyer (R5500) they told me tha they do not cover ******** claims where a person does not have a valid defense!! I HAD A VALID DEFENSE!! I WAS NOT GUILTY!! THE CASE WAS WITHDRAWN!!!!!! Sure this shoud be covered!! But this is not the first time I have to fight for what is right. These people are ********* and *****s your money monthly! When it comes to paying for claims, they are quick to make up stories!! Can they not CLEARLY see that I did not admit guilt as I was never guilty!! I followed an incorrect method of returning items that I bought!! The case was withdrawn, and therefore I did have a defense and it was defended so well that the court decided to withdraw the case!! PLEASE BE WARNED... you guys will pay huge monthly fees but when you need LTS - they make up stories about why they won't pay! SUCH ******!!!!</p>
