Poor/Bad Service

I would like to express my sincere dissatisfaction with the poor service of Legal&Tax. I am their client of over six years and have never missed my premium. However, recently I had a problem with my previous Medical Aid (Profmed) whereby the medical aid had ********ly deducted an amount of R5,569.00 from my salary as I was paying my contribution through Stop Order. As a result, this had negatively impacted my cash flow and I have made it clear to Profmed that I do not have the luxury of waiting for my money to be paid back to me through my employer which is going to take another extended period whilst I am suffering at the moment. I have then requested Legal and Tax to assist me as their client by sending a Demand Letter to Profmed so that my refund could be expedited. To date, I have not received any communication to this effect. I therefore request Legal & Tax to assist clients at the speed and passion it has when debiting our accounts. I think my reference number is 417110 and my matter has been assigned to Manthepeng Mohlala.
