Poor telephone lines

Please do get your telephones lines as in yesterday. I currently opened an enquiry with a consultant by the name of Mbusokazi, she tries several times to reach me but only 1/3 call attempts gets succesful as the line automatically drops just as I answer. This has been going on since last week friday, just not sure if that's the tradition or what.
