Poor service delivery

Hello I'm disappointed with you legal and tax.i have been involved in a car accident then i explained the driver just decided to drove off from the scene( run away). And now i spoke to a lady told me im suppose the get the info for myself how so i don't know. And it's not for the first time they refuse to assist. So i don't see any reason why I'm still with them.
