Poor service

I approached legal and tax with an issue I had with an FET college in Rustenburg, I completed a course and was not given a certificate after completing.

Legal and Tax was not able to assist me, they said they will and approached the collage, but they just stopped continuing with the case, till today I still don’t have the certificate, my husband continues to pay them and has been doing so for years.

We cannot experience challenges like this that needs legal action and not receive assistance from them. I think it’s time we stop paying and seek assistance else where.
