Poor Service

I am super disappointed at the service I am receiving from legal and Tax,I have an urgent legal matter that needs to addressed .my Legal Advisor Nomaxhosa Mjoli she is not responding to her emails I sent 3 emails trying to find how far is my claim she is not replying to her email apparently according to Lizxy Mangwane after I sent Nomaxhosa emails I must phone her and ask her to check her emails unless I follow the email with a call she is not obliged to assist me.its Legal and Tax policy for customers to ask thier staff to read thier emails.i am super disappointed I told her how urgent this issue is but she is acting like she is doing me a favor.
