Poor service

I am extremely disappointed with the service I’ve received. Aside from Jabu, who was the only consultant that provided clear, helpful, and professional support, the rest of the team has been unhelpful and dismissive.

It seems as though some consultants are not well-informed about labour law, which is very concerning given the nature of your services. It almost feels like they’ve been told that “the fewer cases we have, the better,” because there's a clear reluctance to assist or take on matters seriously. To make matters worse, one of the consultants I spoke to was a bit rude during our call. This experience has left me feeling unsupported and disrespected.I trusted Legal & Tax to provide expert guidance, but right now, I feel let down. I urge you to review your service approach and provide better training and accountability for your consultants.
