Pathetic service 🙄

Pathetic service I logged a call on the 11th of January for assistance and to date ai am waiting for assistance. If its not the one excuse it's the other about them trying to call but there is no missed calls on my phone but strangely other calls are coming through. I logged a call with their complaints email still nothing numerous phone calls are being made for a consultant / Bandile and Lauren to call back but it never happens. You take my payment without any issues monthly but when it comes to service I am a beggar. You can take your service and shove it after being a client for more than 10 years this is what you get.
