Outstanding Payment since November 2019

What a bad experience I'm having with Legal&Tax, I submitted my claim last year in November but still haven't got paid, I have been running around like a headless chicken collecting the information they said they need but still no payment, just when I thought they will pay they now telling that their Dr wants to ask something from my Dr, but I have provided 2 letters already from my Dr explaining why I was admitted, I wouldn't recommend or wish anyone to gi through my situation, this is bad exhausting at the same time, they are the first one to deduct my salary, but when it's their turn to do the right thing Dololo, just pay my money I'm tired of your game this is so unprofessional and unnecessary
