Not fair

Legal tax services are like momentum. 9 months they make our family grief, we buried our beloved long before but for long we were given excuses why our claim can’t be paid but once we said to legal manager we will complain to higher powers we get paid because reputation with public is more important than helping family. Same happens to our other beloveds family they waited long to. It is unfair not human. But we moved on.
