Non service at its best.

<p>Getting answer's from so called "advisors" is to say the least a nightmare. Ask questions and receive no answers appears to be policy. Don't ask questions and receive answers to unasked questions!!! Send in documentation with information and the documents are not read as questions are asked where the documents submitted contain the answers!!! Request information and one is reponded to and refered to another department which the "advisor" could simply have forwarded the request to that department to action. The front desk service is superb yet let down by the "backroom" staff. In short. What a pathetic service where one is left with the feeling avoiding claims is the name of the game.
