Non-existent service from Legal and Tax

Very bad service from customer care and their legal representatives as well. Over three weeks been trying to resolve a small matter, they dont care at all about ensuring that you have been given assistance. You request to be called numerous times and no one does anything. Feel so bad for all the premiums I paid since 2010 for a non service when I needed it. If you considering to join Legal and Tax, please dont as you will be disappointed at the end of the day even after paying premiums for years. Their service is just non-existent.
