No feedback since logging a complaint with TSHEPO MOLOI(ASSISTANT MANAGER OF THE DEBT SOLUTIONS DEPARTMENT)

<p>I am not sure what it the purspose of me paying R156.00 for a service that is of no use to me. I logged a complaint with Legal and Tax regarding a continues issue I have been having with Standard Vehicle Finance that now again handed me over to another attorney making this the fouth attorney. I have requested assist from Legal and Tax but so far not once have they advised me of the process of my complaint that I logged a complaint against Standard Bank myself coping the consultant as well on the email.</p> <p>So kindly please advise me as a client what is the point of paying you every month.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
