NO FEEDBACK AND SEVERAL ISSUES

i submitted my tax details on the 1st of JUNE . . . . 2 months ago - going onto the 3rd month . . . . i have a consultant there who never phones me back and never ever gives me feedback - i have given her my details to log onto sars several times. i have still gotten no feedback and would like to terminate my services with them, it has been such a horrible experience.
