Legal&Tax is a wasted service to have!

As a client with Legal and Tax for more than 10 years, paying a monthly premium of R200 every month, its appalling the level of service received when you need them. Asking for legal advice is pointless as the consultants seem to give little or no interest in providing adequate help and the process in getting feedback is tedious. I struggle to get them to respond to my emails and its frustrating knowing that I have wasted my time and money in joining this company. I do not advise that anyone needing the services offered by them be fooled into believing they are able to assist. It’s a waste of money and only constant marketing on benefits they do not actually deliver service for.
