Legal & Tax ****-Like Service

<p>I'm a customer of Legal and Tax Services and wanted assistance with a supplier (Spike It - Kimberley, Northern Cape) that i paid in full for steel fencing, including paint and thinners. This was in December 2016, before Christmas when i received a partial delivery, 2 square tube posts, 1 ground track missing and without the 5 5lt paint and 3 5lt thinners.</p> <p>I contacted Legal & Tax and a legal advisor was assigned named Sello Mokadikwa. After explaining to him my predicament he said that he will send the supplier a Letter of Demand which the supplier have 14 days to respond to and that was the 21/12/2016. No response came from the supplier and Sello promised to follow up and come back to me, but that didn't happened. I had to call him everytime to get an update and everytime i had to log a new call for assistance. The service consultant told me that the Legal advisor isn't obligated to contact me and it is my reponsibility to get updates. I tried again after a week and Sello told me that the Owner of Spike It was busy getting the outstanding products and send it to me. That didn't happened. When i called the Legal & Tax Customer Care wanting to speak to a Customer Care Manager, the "Floor Supervisor" told me the Manager was on the phone and wanted to know why i'm calling. I couldn't take it anymore, because I did ask in the past also to speak with the Manager and after explaining to the Consultant I was put through to the Legal Advisor and then told he is busy and will call me back. I tried again Tuesday 04/04/2017 to speak with their Manager, but again was told he was busy on the phone and the lady wanted to know in regard to what it was. I couldn't continue like this, so I cancelled my account with Legal & Tax Services.</p> <p> </p> <p>I made a mistake by accepting a contract over the phone, which will never happen again. And anyone who is comtemplating giving this company a chance, i hope you read this first. STAY AWAY! As long as you make your monthly payments, you're the best, but when it comes to delivering on the service that they're promised you only get ignored and played the waiting game.</p> <p> </p> <p>Arthur - Membership Number 194301</p>
