This is a total ******* product , i had this for a few years and its always that when you now need the benefits of a plan that is when you get a shock off your life. I had a matter and for month they did not even sort it out yet there was so many facts in my favor non the less they have training or under qualified advisor that you have to call and then they call you with such inconsistence coz they are on the phones the whole day like a call centre. The process is such an inconvenience as a client. the worst part is that you have to do all the work so what the use having a legal plan? the best part now that they cant assist me conclude they want me to go through a process of litigating against them LOL the people you hired to represent you now want you to fight them. The product is worst ever, please people be careful as i was also advised that a lot of people are debited by them and some time and did not even take the product.
