legal and tax poor services

i am so disappointed case has been dragging since last year Tebogo approved the claim to Dikolobe attorneys where they stated to send a letter of demand and then they stated they will send the summons a while after. so then i started following up as to the summons they stated they will send with a given time frame the response i got from the lawyers was and i will copy that in "Good Day

Kindly contact legal and tax for any update, as we work under their mandate and therefor are awaiting instructions from them.

then legal and tax stated i need to follow up with the lawyers i then had a debate with Tebogo and stated as a claims agent myself the claims agent needs to provide feedback to the client. Tebogo from legal and tax then stated the following .

We got a letter from the attorney raising the issue of fees with us. We have asked them what would be reasonable for them, I am waiting for their response. I think I need to give you a call and give you an explanation on what happens after we have appointed an attorney.

after that i asked for a call back where Tebogo stated he is just as frustrated i then stated they chose the lawyer he promised he will have that sorted the next morning and nothing happened.

so we as clients was delayed on proceedings due to legal and tax and Dikolobe attorneys disputing payment as if that is now the clients concern i am paying legal and tax every month. what a disaster this is there has really been no joy in being a client for legal and tax I don't know good luck to all clients of legal and tax.

please people don't fall victim to this
