Legal and tax poor customer service
I have logged a call regarding a legal matter whereby I was assisted by Bandile on the 11/01/2024 after following up on numerous occasions the matter had been referred to Lauren on the 26/01/2024. Of which until today I have had no correspondence from anyone from the organization I do follow ups and everytime is the same story someone will get back to me to-date my matter has not been resolved but they take my monies every month. This is ridiculous services for being a client for many many years.
