Legal and Tax NEEDS PROFESSIONAL HELP!

Half the country has been bombarded with POPIA information but from all the stuff I've read Legal and Tax is the worst most sloppy mediocre content and service not to mention useless information with uninformed or uneducated people within its organization in high levels yet ask you to entrust our information and affairs' with them? Last week i was called by your agent who could not say say where they got my information but must know legally. She said ITC. Who gave you permission to pull my Transunion and NOT ITC report? Sorry i think maybe.....this agent was just pulling lies out of her @ss! I am a broker, have you not trained your sales people as obligated? She was not well versed on POPIA OR PAIA or anything else for that matter. I asked the call she took my detaills and said same will be sent. Then some supervisor calls me, again this person is expected to know more than the sales person but didnt even know what PAIA is. The branch manager didn't call me back probably also doesn't know what he or she is doing. Then someone in your customer department sends me an unprofessional email with just your PAIA policy but no introduction or explanation . Is this because they don't know what it is or doesn't care about good service or bad complaints. I ask for your privacy policy - no sir we don't have one. I check your website but you do? and ive seen far better. I call and ask for this Anthea your information officer - no sir she is HR. I ask for this Agata - no sir she is IT. Ok fine then this Benjy - he cant take calls. Why? Calls must be first to our compliance officer. Ok who is that - Chantelle? Put me through no you must mail complaints. I ask for a manager. I ask the manager can i speak to this Chantelle van Deventer - no sir she doesn't work here anymore? ***? And lizl - no sir she's in sales. OOk so you have a policy with useless information of people who cant help or don't work for you? From person to person i demand the head of the company. TAKE MY DETAILS AND HAVE SOMEONE PHONE ME PLEASE So a week later i still don't have my call, no one has phoned me. i hope this is referred to your CEO unless he too doesn't know what is going on in his company. While i await you all to figure out who does what and to contact me i will report you to the Information Regulator and FAIS and FSCA. Rgrds J Naidoo
