<p>After been a client of Legal and Tax for over 8 years I have noticed the quality of services has drastically dropped over the last two years. July 2016, I submitted my Tax documents to Lawrence to capture on efiling and submit. SARS came back and requested to audit the documents. Lawrence then passed away and my file was then left unattended to. The deadline for submissions had passed and after initially owing me R12000 SARS then came back and said I owed them R3000 because the late submissions were not accepted. Legal and tax made wrong and late submissions on my behalf thus messing up my Tax submission. When they receive correspondence from SARS on your behalf they do not contact you. They only advise you when you contact they and sometimes the deadlines have lapsed. Lately whenever I call and log a call for the advisor to contact me I end up waiting 1 - 2 weeks before someone calls me. But he will capture on his system that he called and I didn’t answer.</p> <p>Their service is getting worst and worst. I hope peoples see this and will never use legal and tax. This is a money-making ****. They don’t even cover you for legal issues if they feel that it’s not worth it without even conducting interviews with the client or assessing the query thoroughly. The legal advisors are not qualified in providing legal advise. The managers and supervisors are as inexperienced and useless as the rest. Stay away from this company. If you are a lazy person that wants to work for a laid back lazy company then this would be a dream job. But never support them from a customer perspective.</p> <p> </p>
