Given membership without my consent.

I received a call on Thursday the 06/04/2023 @8:58am. The lady asked me how would I prefer them to communicate with me, is it via a post or email? I said email. She then confirmed my email address, then she told me that she has sent me an sms, the sms has a legal contact number that I can call at any time should I need legal assistance. I told her I don't want anything to do with legal and tax, she then said I can call the customer care number to cancel with them. When I checked the sms, its written " Dear Client, as requested, your LEGAL&TAX Membership Number is 688890. Call us on ***for more information" its then I realized that I have been given a membership, that I didn't asked for. I need their QA to listen to that call and tell me if that is a sales call and highlight to me where and when did I ask for a membership. Why must I use my money and cancel something that I didn't ask for??
