Dissapointed
I had to cancel my policy with legal and tax today I was very disappointed with the assistance I got today. I've been my policy for probably over 5 years and not a single claim, today I urgently needed assistance from the debt review department and I was told they can't do anything about it. I'm very dissapointed and therefore had to cancel my policy because I've been promised a service only to find out I cant be assisted.

26 Jan 2022, 20:03Gavin from customer care really came through for me, he listened and understood me. He called me everyday to give me progress regarding my case, even though policy was cancelled his persistence alone forced me to re-instate my policy I was in a dark space and Gavin really came through, I'm definitely happy with the service from customer care.
