Disappointment

I can not stress the disappointment I'm feeling toward this company today. I've been a member for many many years and twice in a row I've been let down badly.

The first time I got paid out a mere R 300 odd rand for a case against my husband that actually cost me R 10 000. Lame excuses were given and no backup support or service was offered.

Now again I've got a huge case pending and again my claim for legal representation is being denied, as the judges and executioners are staring themselves blind at the witnesses, without even a telephone call to hear my side of the case.

Thanks again for being a very absent rejective partner when I needed you most. I can not deal with people who are money hungry and then not give you the promised support.
