DEDT HEADACHE AND NIGHTMARE GONE!!

Last year was a terrible.From one adviser to the next I was left despondent as it was easier to say not covered. Called to cancel but Shane said he will refer me to one he promised would help. I spoke to a Chantel Cronje. Cuz she listened to my whole story, she not only sorted my biggest issue from her desk, but the rest of my matters because your adviser exercises Legal Taxes motto of 'the right team to protect your rights' BUT I just have to say that my biggest issue was my mother. We only have each other and my mother's house we live in. My mom wasn't sane the last few years and made debt of over R 75 000. The bank&insurance refused to cover ill health which I couldnt understand. So long story short, Chantel looked at my mother's documents, sent a very long letter to the bank after she notices many things im grateful to say that what took me 4 months to sort and caused stress and misery, she sorted in 8 wks. I am truly grateful and wish my mother was aware enough to thank her that we can sleep safe I hope from this other advisers will try and help other clients like me by treating me as human rather than just a client. I HAVE NOT CANCELLED AND IM HAPPY TO REFER OTHERS TO YOU.
