Debit on the wrong day with no prior notification

I would just like to start by saying uckily for legal and tax we cannot put in a negative amount of stars.

I have been with legal and tax for many years now and I keep saying I want to cancel them but I never get the chance to thinking maybe EVERYTime I get bad service that it's just that conceltant.

Today I have been debited a day early by legal and tax without them giving me prior notice. That left me in a situation where as I get paid on the 20th of each month and that is the debit order date. The funds that legal and tax has debited was for transport money for the day to coleext my kids etc from school and to go to work.

I had called In to explain to them what had happened and spoke to a consultant Samantha who then transfered me to a so called supervisor who's name I keep forgetting. They refuse to reverse the funds and say if u need the money do bad I should return the debit instead of them reversing and giving the money back. I told them that if I reverse the debit it reflects negatively on my record and bedised that who isiable for fees!!!! The supervisor refuses to provide me a copy of the call recording even though they state calls are recorded for this very purpose. As it stands I have canceled legal and tax and I will be seeing a pro pal lawyer tomorrow to discuss damages that they have caused!!!!

I wouldnt recommended this company to any1, u would be better off asking Google for legal advise.
