Continious Pathetic Service Ever

Pathetic Service Ever, I am a client with them / rather used to be since I'm in a process of terminating my contract. I have logged a legal matter on the 06th of Jan 2020, provided all the documents requested to their so called legal advisor. Never heard from her till after I sent a complaint email on the 20th Jan 2020 due to lack of service. All she says is I have to chase after them to follow up since they have other client - REALLY.

No value for ones money here, Pathetic service ever as this act is not occurring for the 1st time. Bad Customer Service Ever
