Be careful of small print

<p>I had a decent relationship with the co ordinator/legal advisor, but when it came to finalizing my case/issue he gave me disappointing news saying that I do not have anymore cover for this case so it will just be left with no resolution. The attorney that was handling the case wasted four years of my time with no results. The attorney unfortunately passed away in November last year and the case is just left. I requested that Adriaan Groenewald advise me exactly what legal cover I have left for the year and to use it on this case but he refused saying that it cannot be done. I left messages for the customer services consultant Marlon to call me but he also just did not call me back. It is pathetic that you only find out the real conditions right at the end. </p>
