Bad service at Legal & Tax Services

I called Legal & tax service on the 17th of September to assist me with retrieval of debt. I was told to give them two weeks & they will get back to me. They did not & when I called last week Friday I was told someone will get back to me. Today, which is 5 days later I’m yet to hear from them. I have been a member for about 15 years & I think I wasted 15 years of my money. Bad service. Would not recommend it to anyone. Bad communication.
