Bad service,

Bad Service/Attitude:

I am a client, I am paying for a service and I deserve to be treated like a client, and not to be treated as if I'm not paying,

I wrote an email yesterday to Legal & Tax in which I had explained everything, but more importantly how I want Legal & Tax to assist me with my legal issues,

I received a call this morning from a Legal & Tax consultant, from the word go she was ready to fight/argue with me, her attitude towards me was very bad, I'm not writing this because you guys cannot assist me with my 2 issues, I'm writing because your consultants needs to change their attitude, I'm paying for the service,
