BAD EVERYTHING STAY AWAY PLEASE ( THEY DON'T PAY CLAIMS AT ALL THEY ARE RUNNING A ****)

I regret the day i joined Legal and tax as i claimed in 19 November 2018 TILL NOW my claim has not been approved they keep on sending me back and forth. On the day of debit orders they are the first to take my money, i have been with them for more than a year and even from the day of the claim i have been paying them and they still giving me a run around. i don't want to stop paying them so they come and say i did not pay a month, i really regret joining them the sign were there from the beginning when i joined they told me they even cover existing cases and i asked them to assist me with debt review tag removal as you need an attorney to do so they told me no they only give advise on debt review but i stayed i should have left then. i saw the bad reviews here on Hello Peter but i ignored them i saw 1 or 2 that was good i thought i would fall on that bracket i will never ignore bad reviews on any platform.
