Bad Customer Service

I have been with Legal and tax for over 3 years. I have logged a claim in February this year. The claim requires the police station to give us the accidebt report. I went to the police station 2 times already without success. Legal advisor from legal and tax contacted the police station without success as well. She gave me a letter to go to the police station to get the report. The last time i was there, the police told me thay they can release the infonation to me. They only provide the report to the lawyers. I have signed to legal and tax so that they can help me with this type of matters. Why must i go to the police statiob for the third time. Can't legal and tax send a messanger to go and get the report. What if i go and fail to get the report again? I had Clientele plan and cancelled it thinking legal and tax is better. Looks like i have went to Legal Aid. My request is simple - please get someone to go to the police staion and get the accident report.
