Bad customer service

I joined legal and Tax in June and requested my debit order date to be the first of every month yet they still went and debited my account with no funds on the 30/07/2021 which has put my account in a big minus for every unpaid debit order i get charged R115 they than went and redebit my account around the 7th again and still no funds as it was after the date I selected and again a rejected debit order of R115 i sent a complaint email a consultant called me back and could not answer me said he needs to investigate and that was at the beginning of August till now no one has returned my call or fixed the error than again today the debit my account who is goign to be liable for this unpaid debit orders as it has put my account in a minus R806 i did not select a prior debit order can i have my debit order charges reversed my contact number is ***
