Angry, frustrated,unhappy and tired customer!!!!

Im a customer at Legal and Tax but I must say I am an unhappy customer. It’s been 2 days trying to reach them for a legal matter but I must say they have the poorest customer service especially with communications.They have a WhatsApp line that they say is supposed to be “quicker” but has only proven to be a disaster. I have an urgent matter that they should help me with because I am a paying member but till this day ,they haven’t assisted me. They are the first people to deduct my money but when you need their service they are a no show. They services seem to be deteriorating every year. All the people that I help join this firm are not happy and I feel very bad that I told them about this law firm. They used to be the best but now it’s like a completely different company. I’m angry,frustrated ,unhappy and frankly tired .
