It's been 3 years without a car n we are paying for it while it's stored somewhere expecting us to pay 54000 to fix it, then this year around may we went to Zambezi auto pedigree and a new manager gave us offer of purchase with extended warranty n told us the car was supposed to be fixed, only this year we got offer of purchase. WHEN DID IT HAPPEN ? july 2015 HOW DID YOU TRY TO SOLVE YOUR PROBLEM ? we did involve the lawyers we tried the auto pedigree but the playing the run around ,telling us the manager was fired, the sales man by the name of john Masheleng ,he is no help now, he did make his profits now we no use to him. Iam Struggling to attach the receipt and the story as it was scanned page by page will send email with everything. My fathe was employed by Imperial which they were given offers to buy cars through their vehicle dealers, most unfortunately the dealer gave a total written off vehicle, car was smashed n penalbeated, the gear box was written off to add the painting of the car differs from original color. My question is can't legal department from imperial assist on the matter.? We using lawyers through legal and tax and they are no help, everyday when I call they false promise to send an inspector to check the vehicle till today they still promising to send. The car was approved through Nedbank car finance MFC, my question to them is how do u approve a written off car to an amount of -+260000, we did advise them and made them aware n all they can do was to add more year n reduce the installment from 5500 to 4500 for a pensioner who receive 1600, they didn't take charge to help us but they were the ones who approved n financed a written off vehicle.
