BAD SERVICE

I have a deceased at the parlour and the charged me a ridiculous funeral package claiming my corpse was oversize so the charged me 26k so I so checked out other parlours around my area to only to find a reasonable one for an oversized corpse with better funeral package I then went to them and ask that I move my corpse since I have received a better offer elsewhere Sopema funerals then offered to match their package to new one which I agreed to stay with now today they tell me a different story asking me to add more money to the one with agreed upon yesterday claim their coffin became small they need to add more money for it....I find this ridiculous because they already had measurements for the oversized corpse they only realised this afternoon that she can't fit in the new oversized coffin they ordered and now they are claiming I should pay extra for storage which is twice what I was going to pay yesterday should they had let me take my decreased yesterday already this is just **************** and very disappointed with their service.
