The DaVinci Hotel delivers

After an initial difficulty with getting compensation for non delivery of a 'tea and snacks' requirement, the manager of banqueting came to the table and offered excellent service. Staff failed to provide snacks for a morning tea leaving very disgruntled delegates. The manager took the trouble to contact me personally to rectify the account and commit to excellence of service for our next booking. His level of concern was authentic. Their food is excellent.
