In the current climate of bad service it was so refreshing to have a couple of days - at a busy time mid-December - in a resort that was filled with staff who all appeared to have one goal of keeping the customer happy. My experience started at the time of booking when I had to change bookings and Patricia Mosime as well as staff at the resort did everything to accommodate me. Thereafter, every single staff member we came across was kind and helpful and made for a pleasant stay which was helped by the excellent organization, lovely rooms and outstanding cuisine. A truely unique experience leaving a desire to return as soon as possible. Thank you for putting us customers and our hard-earned money first. (And already 4 of my friends have made bookings based on my rave reviews).
