Poor service
Asked repeatedly for transport for 06h30 to th airport the previous day and reassured repeatedly that it would be no problem. The next day as expected no one knew about the request and a new arrangement was made 30 mins late. Similar smaller events reflecting lack of interest and disorganisation. Held true to th sentiment that Africa runs on African time.
