Overcharged/theft!

My partner and myself had booked a weekend special at the KwaMaritane Bush lodge in the Pilansberg Game reserve. Our weekend special included our meals and game drives each day. On arrival at the Lodge all guests are requested to make their payments upfront as well as proved a holding fee for any additional cost accrued during the weekend, we were happy to do as told. On our check out day we were rushed with a new invoice for double the amount of our original invoice! We were told that the system was offline and that all would be rectified once the systems return online. The next day with no explanation I had the doubled amount come off my credit card! I was furious and two months later I am still battling with KwaMaritane Bush lodge to rectify the payment. No one form KwaMaritane Bush lodge has taken responsibility for the overcharge and I am now considering legal advice as this is theft! We were also terribly disappointed in the game drives offered by KwaMaritane Bush lodge, they are very commercial and the rangers are extremely impatient. Our ranger drove away from lion because he wanted to see something else!!! What about what the guests want as they don't see lion every day
