Bakubung unit infested with Fishmoths
On 13 Nov we booked into Bakubung, 1st problem, after receiving keys from reception and unpacking our luggage from the car, we discovered we were given the wrong key.I left my family outside the unit with the luggage to get correct keys and was rudely asked \Where did you get that key from? As if I helped myself. While preparing for bed

I would like to take this opportunity to apologise for the inconveniences you experienced during your recent stay with us.
Bakubung is committed to providing our guests with the highest quality in services and facilities. We did fall short in this instance, and do sincerely apologise for the presence of fishmoths in your chalet. We have now taken extra precautions by fumigating all of our chalets and rooms.
Our Rooms Division Manager, George personally went to the chalet that he had offered you in place of the original unit, before advising that the unit was in an acceptable state - however you had already decided you wanted to leave the property. We would have appreciated the opportunity to redeem ourselves and to prove that this is not the standard at our lodge.
We would like the opportunity to provide you with the level of service you deserve from Bakubung, and hope to see you return to the lodge in the near future.
