Needs new barman and manager!

Shocked by the experience we just experienced at your hotel. Drove far to get **********! Got served 2 ****tails at R250 glasses were not even full and the long island ice tea was not made correctly! After waiting more than 30 min! When we asked for manager we got Laughed at thinking it was a joke! Place needs maintenance and new bar staff and a educated manager! There was no se proper menu and they just charge accordingly to a shot!
