No service at all

If you have a problem with this company then you are dead before you get help.<br> They say that they will come back to you in 24 hours at least in 48 hours, but they never come back to you.<br> <br> Normally you should be able to start an online chat with them, but normally it doesn't work.<br> <br> No Service at all!!!
