Non existing Service

We engaged Leaf Technologies Richards Bay for fibre connection, was informed that they are partnered with VOX who owns the infrastructure in our area. Was informed after about 30 days that they did not connect an other business in our building on fibre as yet, this seems to be quite a process to get connected as the business across from us have been waiting 8 months. However we were offered an interim solution of LTE until we connected to fibre. This have been a nightmare that we cant seem to wake up from. 60 DAYS later and we still not connected. Keep having to mail or call the branch. No feedback and eventually was informed that the actual router is faulty. Still not collected for exchange and still no feedback as to when we will actually have any internet. I find this unacceptable from a service provider when they know how though it is to actually get business. Leaf Technologies Richards Bay is prohibiting us from function fully.
