************* Service - LDR Engines

Hi Guys - Sometime suppliers see their customer as unreal if they post such comments about their businesses, but unfortunately after spending thousands and thousands on trying to fix my car i yet met met another bad experience which till this stage i am worried if i will get assisted - I payed R17 500 to LDR Engines for my Opel Engine - The engine was not the exact match with my old one (common rail was plugs were different), they assured me that they will get it running, my car was collected from my mechanic on the 23rd of July which i was promised it would be completed in 2 weeks, on week 3 i was told that the engine they installed is smoking (07/08/2018), which i do not understand why as the engines are between 80 000 - 12 0000kms, fair enough i took their word that my car would be taken to a mechanic on Monday (13/08/2018) which when i followed up today i am told (15/08/2018) that they are busy putting everything together, i tried to arrange collection of my old engine atleast which that is also not ready - What kind of Service is this and till when do i have to follow up on what was supposed to be completed, Last comment was they will call me when the car is done - does anyone know when that will be....???? Guys If you need one more stress then opt for the route i took......, I am wondering if they even started with the car.....
